Dentist Headhunter is representing a well-established pediatric dental practice in Smyrna, Delaware that’s looking for a general dentist who enjoys treating children and wants strong mentorship in a positive, purpose-driven environment.

This is a busy, 14-op pediatric office with excellent support staff, modern technology (digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, Trios scanner), and a calm, kid-friendly atmosphere. The practice serves patients up to age 21 and maintains steady demand with a primarily Medicaid patient base, supplemented by PPO and cash patients.

Compensation:  250k-400K+

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• 8:20 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation

• $1,000/day guarantee or 40% of collections

• Consistent patient flow and strong earning potential

• Full clinical onboarding and mentorship provided
