Dentist Headhunter is seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to join a high-volume private practice in Lakeland, FL. This opportunity offers the ability to work alongside elite Oral Surgeons in a modern environment focused on All-on-X and full arch rehabilitation cases.

The practice provides immediate surgical volume, strong referrals, clinical autonomy, dedicated surgical assistants, CRNA support, and an onsite dental lab.
