Responsibilities of the Dentist

• Provide diagnosis of patient's dental status utilizing accepted clinical and radiological techniques.
• Assess patient's dental status and arrange for appropriate consultations to determine treatment needed.
• Provide comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of patients.
• Daily Guarantee ($700) during the initial 90-day “ramp up” period OR 30% of net production (whichever is higher)! Unlimited earning potential! · Stable and consistent full-time schedule. · Steady new patient flow with a very busy hygiene schedule – allowing you to build your practice with confidence. We provide care for over 2,000 patients per year and see 20-25 New Patients per month. · If the right fit, the new dentist will earn vested equity in the practice (becoming a junior partner) without having to buy in · NO WEEKENDS! The new Associate will work 3-4 days. At our practice, we perform hygiene exams Monday through Thursday and large cases and implants are reserved for Fridays. · We have a strong and committed team that is ready to support you with room to grow! · Mentorship, Collaboration, and Support – Our experienced doctor is a great mentor and our team members are ready to help you thrive! · Health Insurance (50% of premium covered for Associate) · Simple IRA retirement account. · Time Off: 2 weeks unpaid time off (as coordinated with Dr. Bedich) and major holidays. · $2,000 CE allowance.
• Refer to dental specialists when appropriate.
• Manage administrative functions of the Dental Office.
• Supervise the work of dental hygienists and dental assistants.

Requirements of the Dentist

• DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
• Must have OH license and DEA
• Must be willing to live and be part of the community of Cortland, OH
• Competence in all facets of general dentistry
• Strong focus on clinical excellence
